Mendeley Institutional Insights (MII) offers you a free and unique view on your organization’s use of research content and tools. The Dashboard is meant for administrators and librarians who recognize the role of great content and tools in a successful research strategy. MII is the result of Elsevier’s enduring focus on customer value and transparency.
The Dashboard is designed to provide an easy view on the engagement of your researchers with Elsevier products: content as well as information tools. Of course, we welcome any feedback you may have for us. Please address your comments to our customer service organization or contact us directly.
Mendeley is proud to host this dashboard, as it aligns with Mendeley’s strategy to provide users--in this case administrators--with professional workflow tools that allow them to gain and share research insights easily. These insights in turn help them to collaborate towards better outcomes. MII provides a lot of valuable information but excludes how individual users are using content and tools because our Mendeley privacy policy is being followed.
