Requesting New IP Address Ranges from E-Customer Service
You can request a new IP address range to be added to a Group from E-Customer Service.

If you have removed an IP Address Range erroneously and you wish to have it restored to a Group, you must complete the following procedure. This is the only way to restore a deleted IP Address Range
to a Group.

To Request New IP Addresses From E-Customer Service
- In I want to add..., enter the number of IP addresses to be created. The number you enter here will effect the number of IP Address templates you can choose from in Step 2.
- From the Select IP Address template list, select the template to be used when generating your new IP address(es).

- Click Add New IPs. The IP address template(s) will display for you to complete.
Notes | - You may add more IP Address templates of any type by repeating Steps 1 and 2 before you click Next.
- If you enter information and select a Group (Steps 4 and 5), and then decide to add additional IP Address templates by repeating Steps 1 and 2, the previously added templates will remain, but the completed
information will be removed.

- In IP Address to Add, enter the IP address to be requested.
- In Select Group, select a Group to which the new IP address will be assigned.
- Click one of the following:
Click Next to request your new IP addresses from E-Customer Service.
Note | This button will not display until you click Add New IPs. |
Click this button to return to the Edit Account IP Address Ranges page.
- In Additional Instructions..., enter instructions or comments regarding your new IP addresses.
- In Notify me at..., enter an email address for correspondence with E-Customer Service.
Note | The email address provided in an Administrator's user profile displays in this field. |
- Click one of the following:
- Click Previous to edit the previous request form.
- Click Submit to send your IP address request to E-Customer Service.
- Click Cancel to return to the Edit Account IP Address Ranges page.
