Editing Billing Format Delivery

Use the Billing Format Delivery page to arrange the delivery format for your account's billing invoice and statements. You can select to receive billing information in either paper or electronic format, or both.

To format billing delivery options

1. From Statements Format, select one of the following:
• Paper
• Email
• Both email and paper
2. From Invoices Format, select one of the following:
• Paper
• Email
• Both email and paper
3. If you elected to receive Email delivery of billing information, enter email addresses for those who are to receive statements or invoices.
4. Click Save. The View Billing Delivery Format page opens.
