Notes
- A Group Administrator can only view the Account ScienceDirect Information page.
- Instead of viewing a list of all Groups associated with the Account, a Group Administrator will see only their Group in the list.
- User Profile- Click the Profile Settings link to open the Edit or View User Profile page.

MARC Records MARC records for ScienceDirect books are provided through our partnership with OCLC, the Online Computer Library Center. Click MARC Records or the link provided to open a page with information about ordering MARC records.
Journal/Book Entitlements Search

Use the ScienceDirect Journal/Book Entitlements Search page to locate entitlement packages for journal and book content.
Click this link to view or edit ScienceDirect purchase options for the Account.
Controls the way a user may access or purchase ScienceDirect content. Arrange credit card purchasing, non-subscribed access to ScienceDirect content, and link settings for non-subscribed content.
Click this link to view or edit ScienceDirect Cost Codes for the Account.
Enter Cost Codes to be applied to transactional purchasing for the Account.
Balances and Balance Notifications
Click this link to view or edit ScienceDirect Balances and Balance Notifications for the Account.
Arrange for e-mail notifications regarding purchasing balances and content access for the Account's ScienceDirect content.
Click this link to review ScienceDirect Transactional Access History.
Review information such as the number of transactions during a billing period, when a transaction occurred, how much a transaction costs, and a content of a transaction.
Note Transaction Access History is available to Consortium and Account Administrators. Group Administrators do not have access to Transaction Access History. 
Click this link to edit settings for invoice delivery.
Arrange to receive invoice or billing statements in an electronic or paper format.
Note If your account does not allow for transactional access, then the option to edit Billing Delivery Format is not available..
Go to ScienceDirect Click this link to access the ScienceDirect product. Go to the ScienceDirect Info Site Click this link to access the ScienceDirect Info Site.
The Account ScienceDirect Information page lists Groups associated with the Account.
To access Group information, click a Group's name in the list.
Note If the Account has a Group with expired Membership Dates, the Group's name will display with an exclamation point ( ) beside the title.
Also, the Edit Groups with Expired Membership Date link will display. Click this link to open the Edit a Group page.
